Session length
Standard length appointments are 50 minutes.
During EMDR work, sometimes we may agree to have longer, double length sessions (1hour 40 minutes). This longer length enables more efficient and thorough processing of events and memories in one visit.
Session cost
Sessions cost £70 each (standard length); double length sessions are £140
How to pay
Payments are by bank transfer.
The payment for your first session is due as soon as you book it. For weekly sessions you will pay one week in advance for each session, which in practice means you pay on your regular session day for the next week’s session.
Cancellations
Cancellations for any reason are chargeable if the session is cancelled less than 1 week in advance. However, if I have availability, I will try to offer you an alternative time in the same week to avoid having to charge you for a late cancellation. Cancellations more than a week in advance are not chargeable, so holidays and clashing commitments are usually accommodated without any charge.
Availability
Appointment hours are Monday – Thursday 0845 – 1300. All appointments will begin and end between these hours. I do not offer online booking so for specific availability please email me at jocooktherapy@gmail.com
